How do you find the TIME to create more energy if you're a frazzled parent or have a demanding, full time job?��Is the constant battle to just make it through the day ever going to end?��Can you really create boundless energy and deep peace naturally, without spending hours on complicated meditation techniques or out-of-reach esoteric practices?��If any (or all) of the above questions have been on your mind, I might be able to help.
If “I’m just so tired” runs on a loop in your head and you’ve been feeling afraid that you may never again feel energised and joyful, keep reading.��I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers but I DO have real, lived experience in coming back from debilitating chronic fatigue syndrome, a condition for which, unfortunately, many doctors can’t provide any answers.
I want to share the techniques I developed for myself - gathering information from my healthcare providers, doing research, my years of experience and study as a body worker and then trialing different techniques on myself - to help YOU reclaim your vibrance AND find your zen.
�I want to teach you these simple but powerful practices that anyone can do, creating a short, simple daily routine that works for YOU, within the time you have available - as little as 10 minutes a day could CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

You can use the simple techniques I will teach you to:
1. Build a doable daily routine that brings harmony, balance and peace AND simultaneously invigorates you, to relieve the symptoms of chronic fatigue, burnout or overwhelm
2. Learn how to work with your body in a very practical and grounded way which will allow you to build a bridge way to the meditative mind space
I used some big, scary words there but you don’t need to have a diagnosed condition to use these techniques - if you’re just feeling a bit meh, make this a daily practice NOW to avoid health complications later on!
And if you’re not interested in meditation because you’ve tried it before and it just didn’t work… this is the technique for you: if all you ever do is the simple daily routine, and never progress to “deeper” meditation, you will still be gaining the benefits that got you interested in meditation in the first place, without sitting in stillness for 30 minutes!
On the other hand, if you desire a deep meditation practice, I know that these practices will help you to get there… because that is exactly what they did for me. Fun fact: people perceive me as the very zen, always meditating fairy… but I wasn’t always this way 😉 it took years of practice and experimentation before meditation worked for me. I want to save you those years of frustration and show you how to “trick” your mind into meditation! Because the truth that many people don’t know is that meditation is a learnt skill, just like painting or karate, NOT a natural talent.
