Last year I took some time off due to health challenges, and this also meant taking a step back from practicing energy healing (at least on clients) and gave me the opportunity to focus more inwardly. I’ve recently felt the call to revive my monthly meditation and energy healing online circle, and to now incorporate the new modality which I have been working with (and slowly inching towards using more publicly!) over the last couple of years.
I’m going with the term “mystic vocals” for now - I’ve been struggling to come up with a good description for something so non-linear!
I channel song and what some refer to as light language - these are powerful sound codes which weave together a magical experience of healing and remembrance; a vibrational transmission from the subtle realms that transcends the logical mind. Something which is best experienced rather than attempting to understand it intellectually.

The first reSOURCEd online gathering will be held on Saturday 6 May 5pm SAST/CET | 4pm BST | 11am EDT | 8am PDT
on zoom - a replay will be available if you cannot make it live, or if you'd like to enjoy it more than once!

How do you find the TIME to create more energy if you're a frazzled parent or have a demanding, full time job?��Is the constant battle to just make it through the day ever going to end?��Can you really create boundless energy and deep peace naturally, without spending hours on complicated meditation techniques or out-of-reach esoteric practices?��If any (or all) of the above questions have been on your mind, I might be able to help.
If “I’m just so tired” runs on a loop in your head and you’ve been feeling afraid that you may never again feel energised and joyful, keep reading.��I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers but I DO have real, lived experience in coming back from debilitating chronic fatigue syndrome, a condition for which, unfortunately, many doctors can’t provide any answers.
I want to share the techniques I developed for myself - gathering information from my healthcare providers, doing research, my years of experience and study as a body worker and then trialing different techniques on myself - to help YOU reclaim your vibrance AND find your zen.
�I want to teach you these simple but powerful practices that anyone can do, creating a short, simple daily routine that works for YOU, within the time you have available - as little as 10 minutes a day could CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Let me show you that your life can once again be vibrant, joyful, exciting, filled with energy and a peaceful mind.

You can use the simple techniques I will teach you to:
1. Build a doable daily routine that brings harmony, balance and peace AND simultaneously invigorates you, to relieve the symptoms of chronic fatigue, burnout or overwhelm
2. Learn how to work with your body in a very practical and grounded way which will allow you to build a bridge way to the meditative mind space

I used some big, scary words there but you don’t need to have a diagnosed condition to use these techniques - if you’re just feeling a bit meh, make this a daily practice NOW to avoid health complications later on!

And if you’re not interested in meditation because you’ve tried it before and it just didn’t work… this is the technique for you: if all you ever do is the simple daily routine, and never progress to “deeper” meditation, you will still be gaining the benefits that got you interested in meditation in the first place, without sitting in stillness for 30 minutes!

On the other hand, if you desire a deep meditation practice, I know that these practices will help you to get there… because that is exactly what they did for me. Fun fact: people perceive me as the very zen, always meditating fairy… but I wasn’t always this way 😉 it took years of practice and experimentation before meditation worked for me. I want to save you those years of frustration and show you how to “trick” your mind into meditation! Because the truth that many people don’t know is that meditation is a learnt skill, just like painting or karate, NOT a natural talent.

My 4-week online programme will break this down into a simple step-by-step approach.�

As women (starting as young girls) we are told so many conflicting things about our sexuality.
We are told that it is improper, and that’s not how good girls behave,
while simultaneously being taught to commercialise our sexuality,
and taught that love is earned through our sexuality.

Female sexuality has been downgraded from the sacred and powerful gift that is innate to every woman, and has been monopolised and commodified.

How about instead of listening to all the voices in society, in your family and in your head, try getting into your body and listening to what your body has to say about it.

The purpose of your sexuality is not to please men.
S*x and reproduction are not the only purpose of your sexuality;
It is a vessel for your creativity,
your ability to birth your visions,
your joy and your playfulness.

Being embodied - rooting into your body and thereby into the one consciousness - and expressing your feminine divinity through dance is a powerful way to transmute the conflicting energies surrounding your beliefs and ideas about yourself as a woman. It allows you to tap into your true nature, your inner beauty and your power.
