-SPORTS MASSAGE TECHNIQUES- Level 2
Duration- over two days: 4 hours class once a week. NB- Written assignment is required.
-Course outline: Principles of Muscle function, and joint mobilization techniques part 2.
-Dynamic and active massage techniques: Designed to aid in muscle recovery, improve the athlete's performance, and prevent injuries. Introduction to Trigger point therapy, and fascia release.
NB- You will have to write an assignment and submit it for marking within 7 days after your training.
The assignment is related to the material covered, and comprise basic muscle anatomy and techniques.

**Myofascial Decompression Techniques (CUPPING THERAPY ) **
Suitable for Massage therapists, medical practitioners, chiropractors, physiotherapists, Acupuncturists and Biokineticists.
Benefits:- This incredible modern tool designed to aid in soft tissue mobilization, and athletic performance enhancement. - Replace the therapist’s hands when specific soft tissue techniques required, especially myofascial mobilization.
Procedure: Special plastic cups placed over the body’s surface to create suction (negative pressure) aided by a vacuum pump. Cups are then moved using special techniques to manipulate soft tissues; muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and lymph. -Cupping is also effective modality for joint mobilization; improve stretching capacity, and break down scar tissue and adhesions. The final results might enhance therapeutic outcomes, improve athletic performance, and minimize risk of injuries. -Cupping also works very well when used in conjunction with acupuncture and spinal manipulative therapy.

NB: The Cupping therapy (Myofascial decompression- MFD) course, and the Wet cupping course are strongly complementing each other. -The MFD course (Myofascial Decompression) will assist in therapeutic outcomes for muscle and joint related conditions. And the Wet cupping (Hijama) suitable for general detox and Islamic ritual. -If you are aiming to help your potential clients then consider seriously to attend the MFD cupping course as well. -In some cases you won’t be able to apply hijama/wet cupping therefore the MFD cupping techniques will assist you with even better results to treat various muscle joint and aches related conditions. As well in cellulite and skin & aesthetic purposes. That added modality might boost your practice significantly.
WET CUPPING & HIJAMA- introduction

Wet Cupping or Hijama is an ancient form of therapy
where blood is drawn by vacuum from a small skin incision for therapeutic purposes. The practice has Greek and Persian origin and is mentioned by Hippocrates. Hijama (wet cupping) is also mentioned in the Islamic Hadith, and is a popular practice for Sunnah among millions world wide.
Practitioners believe this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. I.e pain relief, detox, blood purification, reduce disease activity, and strengthen immunity.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY Level 1-
Duration- over two days: 4 hours class once a week. NB- Written assignment is required.
This basic reflexology course is perfect for beginners considering a practical instrument in the healing arts. Practicing therapists can also benefit by expanding their knowledge with this truly effective therapy.
At the completion of the workshop you will have sufficient ability to perform a safe and effective reflexology treatment.

"HOT STONES MASSAGE TECHNIQUES:
Duration- 4 hours class. No assignment required.
An ancient therapy that involves the application of heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body. For all massage therapists whom wish to extend their skills, and offer clients a wider range of treatments.
Combining hot stone procedures with a Swedish massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The warming effect of the stones helps to expand blood vessels, which encourages better blood flow, and detox the tissues from waste products. As well as a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
