We are thrilled to introduce your facilitator, Janet Tate! Janet will be facilitating our courses at our new center in Chartwell, Sandton.

Janet is a seasoned professional in holistic therapies and exercise science, with certifications in holistic massage, reflexology, and exercise science. She is the facilitator at our new wellness center in Chartwell, Johannesburg, opening on September 20th, where she’ll offer her expertise in holistic health.

Janet has been with Healing Hands since 2006. She has also completed a 1-year Basic Life Support with NEAR. She completed her Exercise Science qualification in the USA from 1993 to 1996.
Experience includes being a Master Trainer for Reebok International. Janet completed all exercise science aerobic, fitness, nutrition required qualifications.

We are thrilled and privileged to have Janet as a facilitator at our newest training center to share a lifetime’s worth of knowledge! Welcome Janet!
