How often do we sabotage our happiness or health because someone else did something to us when we were young?

I know of one man with cancer who finds it easier to blame someone else for a childhood situation than to understand the circumstances around the situation and actually take responsibility for himself and his own health.

If you are unwell or suffering with a condition, what are the emotions buried deep beneath it? There may be many but the more we unpack our past, the healthier and happier we become. I know because I'm on a journey too.

Yesterday the frigging dog pee'd on the carpet AGain! She'd been outside already, the doors were open so there was absolutely no reason for this. I was in a rage and easily triggered throughout the day, especially when driving behind slow drivers or the dogs getting demanding when I was busy. It was a case of "I'm in a dreadful mood and enjoying every damn minute of it!"

Last night I did a yoga grounding exercise so that I was calm and could go to sleep and this morning I got the pendulum and destroyed and cleared all residue of anger and rage and recalibrated with love and peace. I'm going to waft some sage around and ring the singing bowls just now to totally clear the air.

Being aware of how energy plays a role in our lives and being able to transmute it, when it's negative, is so helpful for an easy, happy home.

We have been so indoctrinated by ego as to what is and isn't possible for us.

Last night I had an epiphany as to how we are all connected to each other and with Souce. Suddenly the pressure is off. There is only energy condensed into particles resonating on different frequencies.

I feel free.

Feeling quite chuffed. I've had a difficult journey with 'asthma' for the last 16 or so years and have used an asthma pump for the last year - only once a day mind you. The fact that I had to pay nearly R500 for a thing I didn't want to use was really getting to me.
I went to my friend Leoni who does hypnosis and it helped quite a bit but there was more stuff that I had to work on.

Then I realized the other evening that it wasn't so much asthma as post nasal drip leading to asthmatic symptoms. Now sinusitis equates to internal tears. So I did a clearing and cleared everywhere that I STILL had unresolved internal tears as well as inherited - I think I got quite a strong energy on internal tears from my dad - I think he was bullied as a kid.
Anyway, I am SO much better and SO thankful that I know how to clear energy.

Ahhh, Man, this energy work is so powerful. I'm sitting here reading Wayne Dyer and a question came up.... 'do you feel entitled to wealth?'
Wow. I didn't. I felt entitled to being treated with respect, with having a healthy body, with having honesty with my friends, but not wealth. So I cleared it. Now? Yes I do feel entitled to wealth. Boom, just like that. 🎶🤗😄
