WEEKLY CSN RECIPES:
Give this lemon and butter hake a try on CSN Protein & Vegetbale Days
Ingredients
- 6 hake fillets
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened (10 minutes).
3. Arrange the hake fillets in a single layer in a medium baking sheet. Dress with half of the lemon-butter mixture, and cover with foil.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes until the fish is easily flaked with a fork. Dress fish with the remaining lemon-butter before serving.
