ROLE OVERVIEW
You will source, identify, and qualify candidates across retail, FMCG, logistics, finance, and more. You’ll work closely with Talent Specialists to ensure accurate information and fast turnaround times. This is a great opportunity to start your recruitment career or progress into a 360° Talent Specialist role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct targeted searches on job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and profiles for skills and role fit
• Contact candidates to assess suitability, interest, and salary expectations
• Verify key information (experience, notice periods, qualifications, references)
• Prepare summaries and CV profiles for Talent Specialists
• Conduct reference checks
• Update candidate records and maintain trackers
• Assist with background checks and documentation
• Support Talent Specialists with priorities and deadlines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong research ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Recruitment/HR experience is beneficial but not essential
• HR/Recruitment qualification advantageous

Future Careers is a fast-growing South African recruitment agency with multiple expanding brands. We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual to support our Managing Director across recruitment operations, daily business tasks, and multi-brand social media.

This hybrid role suits someone switched on, confident, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy variety, love people, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this is for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will support recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing reference checks. You will also act as Executive Assistant to the MD, managing the diary, supporting communication, and overseeing social media for three brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
• Screen CVs, contact candidates, verify experience, and gather key info
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
• Draft candidate summaries and conduct reference checks
• Maintain trackers and documentation
• Manage the MD’s diary, emails, follow-ups, and workflow

• Monitor engagement and inboxes
• Report on analytics and trends

• Maintain confidentiality and support documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication skills
• Confident on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, CapCut, and Canva
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with candidates
• Recruitment or EA experience advantageous
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems

What You’ll Be Doing:
📱 Social Media & Content
Creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook ETC
Creating and editing videos
Designing graphics and posts
Writing compelling captions and content copy
Managing posting schedules and engagement
Implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Assisting with brand campaigns, competitions & launches
Tracking analytics and improving performance

💼 Recruitment & Admin Support (Secondary)
Assisting with candidate screening and CV formatting
Updating CRM systems and databases

💻 What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in social media management
Confident using CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite
Good understanding of SEO
Comfortable on camera (a bonus!)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong writing skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Passion for branding and content growth
Must be based in and around Ballito
