November is Children’s Grief Awareness Month, symbolised by the blue butterfly. This month reminds us that grieving children are often the “forgotten mourners.” At Khululeka Grief Support, we create safe spaces, emotional support groups, and healing tools to help children navigate loss with care and understanding. We believe every child deserves to be heard, supported, and guided through their grief journey. Together, we can help children find hope, resilience, and healing.

The Women For Change movement reminds us that GBV remains a crisis affecting countless families. At Khululeka, we see every day how violence and loss impact children’s emotional wellbeing. We join the call for awareness, protection, and healing and continue to support children and caregivers navigating grief caused by GBV.
