I completed my degree at Stellenbosch University in 2021 and served at Ermelo Regional Hospital in my Community Service year. I had the privilege to work in a Neonatal ICU, Surgical and Medical Wards, Rural Clinics and provide continual treatment on an out-patient basis.
Not only is Occupational Therapy an eight to five for me, it is a calling.
I believe that your degree is a door, but the key is passion and work ethic, and that only the grace and the strength of God will walk me through that door to help whoever might be on the other side.
I am extremely passionate about early childhood intervention; our children are the light of our future and with the correct stimulation from an OT, each child can reach their fullest potential.
I have also grown to love hand rehabilitation. A person’s daily life depends on the complex but wonderful abilities of their hands.
I am always excited to meet a new patient and I am driven towards helping you, or your child reach their full potential!
