Time never stands still. It's always moving on. The past is beyond our control, but the future is still in our hands. To shape it we should use our intelligence and make efforts now. Although our present situation may not be happy, we can change it. There is no use in becoming demoralized. In the past, small communities could remain cut off and inward looking, but today technology has given us one human community in which we can work together. I look forward to positive change.

Good morning!
As we start out our 2024 journey I want to share the following with all my clients/ friends.
"Personal power is nothing more than channeling your energy in your physical body and subconscious mind to control your life. Part of owning your power is being a spiritual warrior in your life. NEVER GIVING UP AND HAVING THE WILL TO LIVE IS REALLY POSSESSING THE WILL TO FIGHT.
Yoga teachers that life is not only a school but also a battlefield in which you are trying to get to the top of a mountain. Progress many times entails taking three steps forward and slipping back two, again and again, until you reach the top. This is the nature of life for everyone on the spiritual path. The most important thing is not to quit."
