Skin peels in winter = secret weapon ❄️✨
Summer sun makes peels risky. Winter is prime time because:
- Less sun damage risk: UV is weaker, so less chance of post-peel pigmentation. Easier to stay out of the sun while skin heals.
- Faster recovery: Cooler air = less sweating/irritation. Your skin isn’t fighting heat + peel at the same time.
- Fixes summer damage: Targets sun spots, rough texture, dullness from months of UV exposure.
- Better product absorption: Peel removes dead skin layer so serums/moisturizers actually sink in. Winter dryness? Sorted.
- Glowing for summer: 3-4 peels spaced 4 weeks apart = smooth, even skin right when summer hits.
Heads up: You’ll still need SPF 50 daily. Peels make skin sun-sensitive even in winter.
