Did you sleep well?
Today is international sleep day. Most patients with chronic pain will know that sleep can be hard to come by.
Our sense of pain can be increased at night.
To get a good night's rest, it is important to look at sleep hygiene, adequate pain control and effective relaxation just to name a few of them.
