❤️ Your relationship may not be “too difficult” — it may simply be wired differently.

Join 𝗗𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 (𝗠𝗕𝗖𝗵𝗕) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 (𝗕.𝗢𝗧, 𝗠𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹) for a unique 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 exploring the biology of connection, sensory differences, intimacy, emotional interaction, and nervous system regulation within committed relationships.
This series will help couples understand how each person’s sensory profile — the way they experience touch, sound, movement, emotional intensity, space, affection, and stress — can deeply influence communication, conflict, emotional safety, and physical intimacy.
Many couples unknowingly experience disconnection because their nervous systems process closeness differently:
• One partner may crave touch while the other becomes overstimulated
• One may need verbal reassurance while the other withdraws under stress
• One may seek connection through physical intimacy while the other first needs emotional regulation and safety
Rather than seeing these differences as rejection, distance, or incompatibility, we’ll explore how understanding your sensory and emotional wiring can create healthier, safer, and more fulfilling intimacy.
