Don’t make this mistake …

A lot of people make the mistake of pushing for depth when they do the stiff leg deadlift.

In my experience, not many people can go very deep into this movement without loading their lower back, which raises the risk of injuring your back.

To make this movement safer, don’t aim to go very deep. Rather, aim to push your hips back as much as you can as you lower yourself to the ground, and once you get to around mid-shin, pause briefly, then return to the upright position.

Keep your back flat at all times 🙏🏻
