Program compliance is a massive part of a successful rehabilitation journey!! Most aches and pains can be fixed... as long as you do your program! Most consults end with me shouting ‘Do your program’ as you drive out!

Follow up is also massive! Your follow up is so important, it enables me to make sure you are doing the program right as well as that we are on the right track for you as an individual! 10 people will respond perfectly to an exercise and you might be that 1 person who had a negative response, that is easy to fix.. if you come to your follow up appointment!!

Hello to all our new followers! 😊 although life has been so quiet it seems to be so busy at the same time!! We are here and working, online consults from the comfort of your home as well as one on one consults in Nottingham road!

"I've loved working with Robs for the last 6 or so years. I've had my ups and downs health- wise but she has kept me going through them all: a drastic back operation, a hip replacement, a PD diagnosis ... and dealing with the physical effects thereof. Robs has been through a lot as well. Two pregnacies and two babies who don't respect one's need for sleep have meant that she has been exhausted at times. But from the minute we start the session she is 100% there, interested in me and all my 'same-same' niggles, aches and pains. Recently we have started online sessions. We use WhatsApp and I have set up my iPhone on a stand in my sitting room. Robyn can see exactly what I am up to as I go through my routine and we both find it easier not to have to leave home. So it has worked fantastically. We are saving petrol, time AND the planet without any loss of professionalism.

So I have been very quiet on this page! Making and keeping a family alive is tough work 😉

Due to all the crazy that is going on in the world lately, online is the way to go! So I am hoping to get some cool information out to you all! As well as keep you updated!

Firstly I am available for treatments! (following recommended protocol) Home visits are my vibe, otherwise I work from my home in Nottingham road! So I can come to you or you can come to me! 💪🏼 I am also offering online/video consults as this is obviously the safest option currently! They work pretty well, and ensures both me and you are safe in our homes! 😷 Our first client client wasn’t very cooperative (see pic attached)
