There’s nothing prettier than the red spots on a wild brown trout. When they extend to the adipose fin it is really something special.

This is from a 42cm fish from the Club’s Reekie Lyn beat on the Mooi.

It’s head was kept in the water and it was released shortly after the photo was taken.
