Celebrating Growth and Insight among our Gentlemen! 🌟

Hey there, wonderful community! We are thrilled to share the incredible journey of self-discovery and growth that our gentlemen at the rehab have embarked upon. 🌱✨

In a recent group discussion centered around the themes of self-discipline and delaying gratification, our participants delved into the profound insights from Scott M. Peck's masterpiece, "The Road Less Traveled." πŸ“šπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ The wisdom shared in this book resonated deeply, guiding them towards a path of inner transformation and healing.

During this session, our participants engaged in soul-stirring conversations, drawing connections between the challenges they've faced and the power of delaying gratification. πŸ—£οΈπŸ’¬ The group explored the concept of postponing immediate desires for the sake of long-term growth, echoing the very essence of the recovery journey they're embracing through the NA 12 Steps.

The benefits of applying this skill are truly remarkable and extend far beyond the realm of recovery. By learning to delay gratification, our gentlemen are not only fortifying their sobriety but also nurturing their emotional resilience and fostering lasting positive change in their lives. 🌈πŸ’ͺ

As the discussions unfolded, it was awe-inspiring to witness the collective wisdom of the group. Sharing personal anecdotes, insights from "The Road Less Traveled," and the transformative effects of the NA 12 Steps, they've illuminated a path that showcases the strength of unity, support, and a shared commitment to growth.

Let's continue to cheer on these remarkable individuals as they pave their road to recovery, embracing each step with determination and courage. πŸ¦πŸš€ Your support and encouragement mean the world to us and to our participants.

Stay tuned for more updates from our Lion of Judah family, and remember, every small step towards growth is a triumph worth celebrating! πŸŽ‰βœ¨

Greetings to all the wonderful souls out there! 🌈 It is with great pleasure that I take this moment to introduce myself and share a glimpse of my remarkable journey at the Lion of Judah Ministries Rehabilitation Centre over the past three years. My name is Jannie, and I am honored to serve as one of the senior counselors in this haven of healing and transformation. πŸ™πŸ’«

These past three years have been nothing short of a transformative odyssey for me, both personally and professionally. As a senior counselor, I've had the privilege of witnessing remarkable stories of resilience, courage, and rebirth. Each day, I've stood beside individuals as they embarked on the path of recovery, offering unwavering support and guidance along the way. The spirit of camaraderie that thrives within our center is truly inspiring – a place where broken pieces are woven back together, and where the journey to wholeness begins anew. 🌱🀝

Through countless conversations and shared moments, I've come to believe that recovery is not just about overcoming challenges; it's about discovering the strength that resides within each individual, waiting to be unleashed. I was living on the streets smoking easy 20 caps aday evenally went to spiking. I had nothing to live for as the herion had taken over. My mom had to give me a choice - get yourself sort or on the streets, I took the streets as i had hurt my parents to much and could not do this to them anymore. After that I left for the streets again taking things that did not belong to me to feed my drug habits- 3 weeks after that I saw my mom again she asked me if i had eaten and brought me a pie and coke - i told her I know im drying inside and did not want this life she asked me is this realky what i wanted and not just talk I meant it. She reached out to Usualla and next thing I was on my way to Lions of Judah. 5 months clean from Herion, Just like to thank Jannie and Daniel for everything you went threw with me in my time with Lions of Judah. We do group therapy, individual therapy, work therapy and behavioral therapy. We address addiction at a root level and help introduce healthy activities and lifestyle to meet each individuals needs. Our first 4 steps uncovers the reason that the problem started and address these issues so resolution can be found for the patient. We then work on the persons inner confidence and mind to replace addictive and negative tendencies with healthy and productive things depending on the individuals needs and personal shortcomings. We are Christian based, we do not force the religion on the person but a lot of wisdom and lessons can be found in those principals for anyone's life. This can add great value to the person's life forward.

We also help assist with aftercare as the year after rehab is very important to long term sobriety. This comes in the form of a life plan and support to the family after the patient completed their program here at no extra cost. Our program is 6 to 9 months depending on the individuals progress in our program.
