NEW CHAPTER: 2026♡🙏

The older I get, the clearer it becomes to me how important having amazing people like you in my circle are.

It’s not about having a big circle, it’s about having the right people: those who stand with you in hard and teary moments, always wish you well, correct you with love, hold no envy, celebrate your wins and push you to grow you into that level of maturity that will only glorify God.

Thank you for being in my circle of beloveds and thank you for having me in yours.

Now, as 2025 is closing the chapter and 2026 is opening gently, my heart is full and my vision is clear: to continue to serve you as the King’s daughters with purpose and excellence. Let’s remember that the most important thing we can carry into the new year is a deeper relationship with God. Everything else is temporary, but His love is the eternal anchor for our souls.

DEHYDRATED SKIN

Hard to believe that the first and second pictures were taken a mere 60 minutes apart, isn’t it?

The difference: Hydrating & nourishing skincare, Galvanic therapy & LED treatment for long lasting results!

Our skins need hydration because water is essential for maintaining the skin’s health and elasticity, proper barrier function (protection mechanism against environmental irritants and harmful bacteria), preventing flakiness, reducing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles and overall keeping it looking radiant, dewy, healthy and smooth.

How to know if your skin is dehydrated:

Overall, dull and rough appearance.

Fine lines & wrinkles at the corners of the eyes,
cheeks & forehead are always more pronounced.

Skin can feel tight & uncomfortable, even after applying moisturizer.

Skin appears thin with visible redness, often accompanied by superficial vascularity.

Tends to feel itchy, scaly or flaky, especially after washing.

Ironically, dehydrated skins often over produce oil (sebum) to compensate for the lack of water. This is exactly why some people self-diagnose their dehydrated skins as ‘oily’ and start treating it with skincare which is formulated to inhibit oil production. This creates a vicious cycle as the skin then creates even more oil, whilst becoming even more dehydrated.

Ingredients that will greatly benefit dehydrated skins include hyaluronic acid, glycerin, ceramides, Squalane, Niacinamide, Vitamin E, which attract and retain moisture.

Approaching the new year, I am always looking back before looking ahead into the new year.

As we are reflecting over 2023, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your love, friendship, and unwavering support in the past year. It’s been my absolute joy and a great privilege serving and having you at Tsedeq.

Looking ahead at 2024: May the door of the new year bring you renewed faith, hope, abundant joy, victories, continued personal growth, and magnificent mountaintop views. Praying that God would open the right doors for our lives and for our loved ones and would close the wrong doors and protect us from what we need to walk away from.

THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A SAFE TAN!

In fact, tanning is a very dangerous lifestyle which will, at some point catch up with you.

I do realize that this goes against the popular opinion (especially now that we're entering the summer holiday season), but when it comes to tanning, the advice is clear: JUST DON'T DO IT!

A UV dose that’s high enough to induce any discolouration or 'tan', is in fact high enough to induce trauma and UV damage to skin cells. The brown discolouration of the skin IS the result of UV damage which results in premature ageing - always!

As much as 90% of all signs of skin ageing is the direct result of UV damage.

Be wise - use a SPF containing UVA, UVB, HEV and IR-A protectors daily and stay out of the sun when the UV index is high.

Tips to help you choose wisely:

- Avoid the sun during 10am – 4pm
- Use an SPF 50 containing both UVA & UVB filters
- Apply sunscreen 30min before going out into the sun
- Remember to apply sunscreen on hands, feet & ears
- Protect lips with an SPF balm
- Wear a hat & sunglasses
- Visit your dermatologist annually

It’s so important to take time out of your life for self-care. If you are looking for a safe and relaxing treatment and nothing else, a silent appointment may be the perfect option for you.

Silent appointments are just like regular appointments, but upon your request, the only conversation that will be required will be during the consultation.

SUN DAMAGE ON DECOLLETE TREATMENT

The décolleté, the delicate skin on the neck and chest, is often forgotten during a skin care routine. This area of the female anatomy can be particularly susceptible to visible signs of ageing and cumulative sun damage due to its high ultraviolet (UV) light exposure and lack of SPF.

These results were obtained by in clinic treatments and meticulous TheraVine homecare and SPF use by this beautiful client. These pictures indicates this beautiful client's skincare journey (thus far) with us. First picture taken 29 July 2023 and the last picture was taken 21 October 2023.
