We are so excited that our prenatal and postpartum fitness classes started this week.

We are ready to train on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9h30 and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 14h30.

All moms are welcome, during your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Our specialised fitness classes are scheduled on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9:30-10:15 and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 14:30-15:15.

These classes are designed to support the needs of new moms during their pregnancy, as well as after birth, during the postpartum period.

We have partnered with Beyond the Bump to offer different packages with online workout plans, as well as in-person classes.

Our MomMe Chat classes are Postnatal classes, where we discuss topics like gastrointestinal symptoms, developmental milestones, sleep and starting solids.

Babies can also be weighed before or after class.

Come and enjoy a cup of coffee with other moms while we chat about topics that might help with the challenges of having a newborn.

Saturday 19 July 9:00-13:00
Thursday 24 July 17:30-19:30

The topics include Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, packing of the hospital bag and a practical session where you prepare to take care of your newborn.
