Most women don’t wake up and decide to ignore their health. They push through because life keeps asking more of
them.
There is always one more thing to handle before they get to themselves. A family obligation. A work deadline.
Someone else’s need that feels louder in the moment. Over time, “I’ll deal with this later” just becomes normal.
The body is patient, but it remembers. Poor sleep. Constant tension. Low energy. Feeling wired but tired. And then
one day it hits you, this is not sustainable.
Caring for your heart is not dramatic. It is quiet choices made consistently. Slowing down when everything says hurry
up. Choosing support instead of powering through alone. That is not weakness. That is awareness.
