🌟 Great News Everyone! 🌟

Starting next week Monday, our club will officially have two sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays:🕓 4:00pm🕔 5:00pm and a Saturday session at 7:00am.

This is perfect for anyone who couldn’t join before because the 5:00pm session was a bit late — now you have the option to start earlier!

We are a walking and running club, and you’re welcome to walk or run — whichever suits you best. Our club is open to all fitness levels and all ages. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to stay active, there’s a place for you here.

Join a supportive group, improve your health, meet new friends, and become part of a positive community working toward becoming their best selves. 💬👟

Come for the fitness. Stay for the friends.

Founded by a medical doctor, Run/Walk For Life is South Africa’s leading fitness and weight-loss programme, with thousands of members across the globe.

Run/Walk For Life members exercise in supervised groups of similar ability, meaning that you will not find yourself being pushed too hard, or battling to keep up with members who are fitter than you. Similarly, you will not spend your exercise sessions having to wait for members who are slower than you – you will exercise with a group of members who have similar fitness levels and abilities to yours. Personal supervision allows Run/Walk For Life members to exercise in a safe and social environment.
