Hi, I'm Bea 👋 If you're new here, welcome to the club!

I took a big leap of faith 4 years ago to start The Happy Hormone Club, to help women just like you balance your hormones naturally.

My healing story drives me every day, and when I say I understand, I really do! My PCOS diagnoses 13 years ago took me on a path of STOPPING, ASKING QUESTIONS, and ultimatly RECONNECTING with my body. The result: Weightloss (I lost 20kg's), regular cycles, more energy, no PMS, and feeling at home in my body!

My biggest lesson: If you have symtoms, your body is asking for help.

I am blessed to say that I'm a Masters Degree Environmental Scientist, and then also did Holistic Nutritionist and womb massage certifications. I will forever be a student to help you on your journey back to balance.
