Most people don’t actually know what calm feels like.

And what we often call “stress” has become a kind of “dis-ease“— something we’ve learned to surround our lives with.

But when the body is finally given space to just be…
something interesting happens.

Tension begins to rise.

but because the body is starting to process what it has been holding.

In time, the body shifts.

Into a more balanced, supportive state —
what was termed by Selye as eu-stress.
