The myth of grinding 24/7: We've glamorised the 'hustle' to the point of stupidity.
In professional sport, if you don't recover, you don't perform. Why do we think business is any different? If you aren't scheduling a 'Hard Stop,' you aren't being disciplined; you're being reckless with your greatest asset, your health and your mind.
It took me a long time to use my experience from sport but once I started using rest as an asset many things changed.
