Welcome to the team Penny and Dominique!
Penny completed her Bachelor of Optometry degree at the University of the Free State in December 2025 and joined the team at Reza Ferreira Optometrists with great enthusiasm, gratitude, and a strong drive to grow into clinical excellence.
She is a positive and determined individual who enjoys challenges and strives to be the best in everything she does. Penny is passionate about providing thorough, high-quality eye care and believes that attention to detail makes all the difference in achieving the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Penny is incredibly grateful to be part of the Reza Ferreira team. As a newly graduated optometrist, she considers herself truly fortunate to learn from the best. Her goal is to grow into an excellent clinician while making a meaningful difference in every patient’s life.
Dominique recently relocated to Cape Town and joined our team, bringing with her many years of experience in the optical industry. She began her journey in 2011, working in an optical laboratory in Witbank, Mpumalanga, where she specialized in cutting and fitting lenses. She later transitioned to working in an optometry practice, where she discovered her passion for engaging directly with patients.
Dominique truly enjoys being part of the optical industry because it allows her to connect with people on a personal level. Helping patients choose the right frames and seeing the confidence and joy they gain from their new eyewear is incredibly rewarding for her.
