This year Mediclinic Paarl partnered with a local NGO, The Grape Community, and donated pre-loved clothing, toys and linen to farm worker families in the Drakenstein Valley and beyond. Employees enthusiastically supported the hospital’s annual Mandela day initiative. The Grape Company, a table grape exporter, and Stems Fruit, a stone fruit and fresh fig exporter, registered The Grape Community as a Non Profit Company in 2009 with the vision to create hope, improve quality of life, and uplift the Agri farm-workers, their families, and local communities. A few hospital staff members visited one of the farms to hand over the items, which will be distributed to workers on the other farms as well. Mediclinic Paarl is celebrating 30 years as part of the Mediclinic Group. Mediclinic Paarl is a multidisciplinary, private hospital, situated in the beautiful town of Paarl in the heart of the winelands in the Western Cape. In July 2003, the Drakenstein Private Hospital was incorporated with Mediclinic Paarl. Doctors and staff who have been with the hospital since it became a Mediclinic hospital were recognised during a special function.

Our emergency staff will attend to you in a respectful and dignified manner in a private setting.
