The last 3 years has taught me that change is magic.
And with that magic Inlighten deserved a look to embrace and encompass the constant ebb and flow of life.
This is not a start over or new beginning, it is simply a result and celebration of growth.

For curious souls.
The last 3 years has taught me that change is magic. Inlighten deserved a new look to embrace and encompass the constant ebb and flow of life. This is not a do over or a new beginning it is simply a result of growth.

I have personally changed so many times since my conscious healing journey began and then in beginning Inlighten I realised how much more there was to me as a soul.

From Reiki Master, to Cacao Alchemist I am here to welcome anyone who is curious about the divinity in remembering who you are- both the shadow and the light✨

Please be gentle with yourselves✨
Life is in full swing again and some of us may or may not have had a rest, regardless we don’t need designated times of the year to take a break or hit the pause button.
Rest is productive and so is being kind and compassionate with yourself.
Listen to your body, you don’t need a fancy vacation or getaway- if you can do this then amazing- but simply saying no to a task, friend or event or turning your phone off when you go to bed is honouring you and there is nothing more important💫

Have you heard the word ‘integration’ when you have done any form of healing?

I had been to many psychologists and spiritual healers before I had read about it in a book.

It is one of the most integral parts of healing of any kind.

The type of integration I am speaking of here is once you have become aware of something whether it’s a behavioural pattern, addiction, co-dependant relationship (and the list goes on) you need to process and anchor this information into your system before rushing onto the next thing.

Without integrating the feelings, emotions and information that’s been remembered, discovered or found out we will just repeat the same cycle. Integration for me is where the growth truly lies and it takes time and is a form of self care and self love🤍

Ah the M🌜🌜n what a miraculous thing to witness.
From the silver glow, to the cycles and the effect it creates on us as beings is truly magical. It’s vulnerability of being seen in all her phases, Grandmother Moon is a sight to behold and an incredible reminder that we too can be, and should be, witnessed in all our phases.
The fragility of her cresent to the phenomenon of her Eclipse, this lunar luminary is there to witness us as we are and illuminate what we can continue to be.
The stars and planets around her do not ask her to change or judge her they simply add to her beauty and make her even more special to see.

May this partial Scorpio-Taurus Eclipse invite you to explore what alignment means for you and where you can create more of it in your every day life.

So I had to practice what I preach and trust my intuition and something wasn’t quite right about the weekly readings. I decided that with there being so many beautiful weekly readings already available that I would focus more on weekends. These can appear to be the happiest days of the week but more often than not they can be lonely, busy, boundary pushing or even our only time to really take a moment for reflection.
