For curious souls.

The last 3 years has taught me that change is magic.
And with that magic Inlighten deserved a look to embrace and encompass the constant ebb and flow of life.
This is not a start over or new beginning, it is simply a result and celebration of growth.

Reiki, Cacao alchemy, oracle cards, crystals, meditation and so much more, Inlighten is a safe space that welcomes everyone that is curious about your innate divinity and remember who you are.

For curious souls.
The last 3 years has taught me that change is magic. Inlighten deserved a new look to embrace and encompass the constant ebb and flow of life. This is not a do over or a new beginning it is simply a result of growth.

I have personally changed so many times since my conscious healing journey began and then in beginning Inlighten I realised how much more there was to me as a soul.

From Reiki Master, to Cacao Alchemist I am here to welcome anyone who is curious about the divinity in remembering who you are- both the shadow and the light✨

Please be gentle with yourselves✨
Life is in full swing again and some of us may or may not have had a rest, regardless we don’t need designated times of the year to take a break or hit the pause button.
Rest is productive and so is being kind and compassionate with yourself.
Listen to your body, you don’t need a fancy vacation or getaway- if you can do this then amazing- but simply saying no to a task, friend or event or turning your phone off when you go to bed is honouring you and there is nothing more important💫

Have you heard the word ‘integration’ when you have done any form of healing?

I had been to many psychologists and spiritual healers before I had read about it in a book.

It is one of the most integral parts of healing of any kind.

The type of integration I am speaking of here is once you have become aware of something whether it’s a behavioural pattern, addiction, co-dependant relationship (and the list goes on) you need to process and anchor this information into your system before rushing onto the next thing.

Without integrating the feelings, emotions and information that’s been remembered, discovered or found out we will just repeat the same cycle. Integration for me is where the growth truly lies and it takes time and is a form of self care and self love🤍
