Construction of the Estate’s largest wellness facility is progressing well. At 4000m², the new Val de Vie Evergreen Lifestyle Centre is set to transform daily living for our Val de Vie Evergreen residents and will open exciting lifestyle possibilities for the entire Estate.

Residents can look forward to a vibrant and enriching environment featuring an exceptional range of activities and amenities, from a social lounge with a bar and deli services to a restaurant, gym, library, cinema and games rooms.

The centre will offer everything needed for comfort, connection and wellbeing.

The operations team will move in soon to prepare for the expected opening date of 1 September 2025.
