To release fascia, you can use self-massage techniques with different tools. Oxygenation is essential for all life processes in the body. Carbon dioxide (CO2) on the other hand is important for dilation of blood vessels, which increases with holding your breath. That is why breathing optimally enhances your general health in numerous ways.
Deep breathing and holding is an integral part of my everyday routine because I am a strong believer in the health benefits thereof.

In MAP Movement we say: “Move whenever you can, move before you can’t.” Attending this therapy once a week is the highlight of my week. It makes me feel light on my feet, and is wonderful for stress release. In this regard it is a pleasure to practice what I preach.
Steven Hall said that every cell in our bodies is replaced over a period of seven years. Our bodies are built from what we eat. Eating as fresh, green and colourful as possible is a good rule of thumb for me. It excludes sugar, baked goods and food with a long shelf life.

Wellness is more than being healthy. It is wholeness in body, soul and spirit. Every step in the right direction counts.
