2015 has been a year of ending cycles and new beginnings. What baggage will you take with you into a new beginning?
Do you even know what is packed in your suitcase? Michelle and I will help you explore this within a safe environment, one where
you have permission to unpack, explore and release that which no longer serves you, the stuff taking up space within you,
the space that should be filled with new creative ideas or feelings for the exciting journey ahead. It’s not as complicated as you think, so don’t think....feel....come and learn how to feel from the inside out so you can live life from a more authentic place within yourself. If you allow yourself there is very little that comes close to the power of connecting to your body we just have to get out of our head and sometimes all we need is for someone to hear our story......someone to listen. This group availability is small because of the personal journey it encourages. Your journey starts here with us and continues into the new year with group “catch up” sessions so we can “have each other’s back” once we step onto this brave healing path.
