Mandela Day Celebrations – Oosterland Child & Youth Care Centre

On Friday, 18 July 2025, Ampath proudly participated in the Mandela Day celebrations at the Oosterland Child and Youth Care Centre, partnering with Netcare Cuyler Hospital to bring joy and upliftment to the children.
Our very own Sr Nicolene Potgieter lit up little faces with joy—painting nails and adding a cheerful splash of colour to the jungle gym.

To top it off, Ampath surprised the children with treat-filled sweet packs, spreading smiles and warmth throughout the day.

It was a truly heartwarming experience filled with laughter, vibrant moments, and a deep sense of community. We’re honoured to have shared in the spirit of giving. 💛

Exciting milestones at the newly opened 72-bed Hoedspruit Private Hospital! On 17 July 2025, the hospital hosted its first Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) round, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, lab staff, clinicians, and pharmacists to promote responsible healthcare practices.
The hospital provides a wide range of services, from maternity and paediatrics to ICU and specialist care.
