Most people aren't where they want to be in life and they know where they want to be in life.

But the problem is that they spend years thinking about doing something that they end up not doing that thing. They end up being more older and more depressed.

If you're stuck in a job that's destroying your soul, then start the process of doing something about it, if it requires you to update your resume then go back to that desk and do the course of what you want to do.
If you want to start a business then just start the business. If you need funding to start a business then you're not an entrepreneur, and it's not that there is no funding, it's that people lack the knowledge to acquire it.
So stop Procrastinating.
