Some kids need a little extra time to respond, some need to get up and move, some want to learn about what's interesting to them and some kids communicate without words.

Whatever support a child may need, it should never be that we expect them to just manage without making reasonable adjustments to their environment, our teaching and our interactions with them.

Inclusion and equality does not mean treating everyone the same!!
