Lifestyle choices contribute to your physical and emotional well being. Illness is often caused by a misalignment between the various dimens
ions that make up your life. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach I partner with you and provide support to implement and sustain healthy lifestyle changes to create balance in your life. This includes working in the area of nutrition, movement, self-care, sleep, stress management and relationships. Through one-on-one sessions, I help you understand how these elements impact your physical health. Frustrated with my health issues, weight struggles and the lack of answers led me to do my own health research. I discovered the holistic approach to health which I then applied to myself. The positive results I saw and my passion to learn more inspired me to complete studies in Functional Medicine Health Coaching so that I can help others facing health struggles. Coaching sessions includes a personalised approach where we use your strengths in achieving your health goals. Further, at the request of clients I can collaborate with your Doctor regarding your health. Clients are offered a free 15 minute session to see if we are the right fit for each other. Once we have agreed to work together, my package includes a 1- hour Foundation session followed by five 30-minute follow-up sessions.
