Victoria Medical Centre is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Billing Clerk | Accounts to become part of our friendly and dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative and billing experience, and takes pride in delivering a professional and welcoming patient experience every day.

** What You’ll Do:

Welcome and direct patients with a friendly and professional approach
Process billing for private patients, medical aids, insurance companies
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries
Maintain accurate patient records and support general administrative duties
Perform cashier functions and handle daily financial reconciliations

** Requirements:

Matric Experience in medical billing and front desk reception
Familiarity with ICD-10 codes, procedure codes, and medical aid benefits
Experience with GoodX software (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
