I am a dietician with 18 years of experience and the founder of Diet Wise Inc. The completion of my MBA degree coincided with my realization that there is a great need in the country for professional dietetic services. This gave birth to the idea of Diet Wise Inc, a company that could differentiate itself as "professionals" who provide expert nutritional advice based on sound scientific principles. My services include:

* Individual Consultations - whether you are just trying to lose weight, wanting guidelines on healthy eating or perhaps you have a medical condition that requires dietary management or special diet.

* Diet Clinics- these are group consultations for lifestyle related diseases like diabetes, heart disease and weight loss.

*Vitality Nutritional Assessments- I am a vitality accredited dietician. You can earn 5000 vitality points by doing your nutritional assessment with me.

* On line telephonic consults- should you not be able to come in for a personal consultation to the office we can still provide you with a personalized diet via email or telephone.

* Food and Nutritional Advisory Service - we can provide a food and nutritional advisory service to any organization, school, hospital, clinic or industry that caters for people or have contracted out caterers.

* Corporate Health Programs- We can offer basic screening services or more comprehensive health packages by engaging various health professionals such as nurses, dieticians and biokinetists.

* Health and Nutrition talks/Nutrition education programmes

Happy New Year to all of you. Lets start the new year by improving eating habits. Every 4-6 weeks I will be including healthy eating guidelines that I will like you to follow.

My first tip : Eat at least 2 fruit a day , Preferably with the peel on e.g. apple, pear.
carry a water bottle to work and aim for at least 4 glasses of water a day.
