Don't know how to keep your children/siblings entertained?😯 Workout with them of course!💪😁 Here is a fun partner workout for you to try out🎉
(My sister thought this song will be fitting because her name is Khloé😊)

The workout:
👉Burpee, Plank (Then switch)
👉High five sit ups
👉Squat, Push up (Then switch)
👉Russian twists ~Each round is 45 sec with a 20 sec changeover/rest
~Complete 3-6 rounds 🔥
~Tag your favourite workout partner😁

The workout:
~Jump squats
~T-push ups
~Reverse Lunges
~Plank
~45 seconds on, 15 sec off for 3-5 sets!💪🔥

Not wanting to go to the gym during the corona virus epidemic? Not a problem💪 I'll be posting at home workouts 3/4 times a week to help keep you moving from anywhere🔥 Today's workout is a killer cardio ab session😰💪

Today's workout consists of:

~Mountain climbers
~Cross body mountain climbers
~Spiderman mountain climbers
~Reverse ball crunch

Do each exercise for 30-45 sec with a 15-20 sec break. Complete these 4 exercises for 3-5 sets🔥💪

Made these Banana and Oat biscuits as a snack for the week 😍 These are super healthy and only use 3 ingredients!😮

Ingredients:
~2 large ripe bananas
~2 tablespoons cocoa powder
~1 cup of oats

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Mash the bananas
3. Add cocoa powder to the mashed bananas
4. Add the oats. Add in small amounts first, you might not need the full cup depending on how big your bananas are. The mixture should resemble cookie dough.
5. Place mixture on a greased pan and shape into biscuits.
6. Place in the oven for 10-15 min
7. Smash them in your face😍😍😍

You can also add in nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes etc. These biscuits are really yummy and make a perfect healthy snack for on the go!

1 month transformation! 😁💪🔥

A bit of background info: this client had a disc replacement surgery 4 months ago, so we've been very careful with the exercises he's been doing. There were quite a few cardio exercises that we couldn't do such as burpees, jumping jacks, skipping etc. but we managed to achieve an amazing result of almost 4 kgs weight loss in 4 weeks! Baring in mind in the 2nd week he tweaked a muscle in his ankle that stopped him from doing legs for the last 2 weeks which also meant a lot of the cardio work that he could do had to be put on hold too. But we were able to adapt and did a lot of core, ab and arm work, and managed to include a bit of cardio!💪 He also didn't start a diet, but started being more aware of what he was eating. I am so very very proud of the results thus far. I'm looking forward to see what the next month will bring!😁

Total cm lost: 23cm •

Exercise doesn't have to be mundane and boring. Spice up your training with something different😀 If you're always at the gym why not head out into the great outdoors and do a trail run. If you attend the same spinning class every single day why not change it up with boxing or a full body HIIT workout? A lot of people stop exercising after a few weeks because they get bored of the way they're training. The trick is to find exercises you enjoy, this will help you stick to your exercise plan and will help you meet your goals😄


If you're the type of person that gets bored of exercising quickly then lets try something new:
- Go for a run outside
- Try pilates/yoga
- Do a fun obstacle race
- Try functional training
- Take up Zumba
- Start swimming
- Try crossfit
- Go for a bike ride
- Play a sport
- Experiment with different movements and exercises
- Try boxing
- Try skipping in different ways
- Workout with a friend
- Find exercises that YOU enjoy

As you can see there are many many ways to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Try something new the next time you train😁💪
