Celebrating Women's Month, we had the privilege of attending a medical hospital lunch with a distinguished panel of doctors sponsored by Mediclinic PMB, South African Medical Association and Eden Gardens Private Hospital.

The discussion revolved around women's health and the powerful impact of positive thoughts on well-being 🧠. We learned about the importance of mental wellness and how it correlates with physical health, which was insightful. We delved into strategies for cultivating a positive mindset to improve women's overall health and happiness, truly inspiring.

We also enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to network with fellow healthcare professionals 🧑‍⚕️. This event reminded us of the significance of self-care and the strength of the female spirit 💖.
