I am on a wonderful learning adventure with Touch For Health kinesiology.
We have the most wonderful, patient, caring trainer she is a real smarty pants, she has an endless amount of knowledge, I am in awe.

This system is unbelievably amazing, and i am so happy to be on this path of discovering how amazing our bodys really are, That we all have the power within ourselves to heal and balance.. our bodies really know what to do.
I'm excited to share what I have learnt so far, so give me a shout if you would to find out more, because I need the practice 🤪

TFH 1 is done and this weekend TFH 2 has been tacked and my brain has been expanded 🤯 and now computing it all. And still 2 more to go.
