Dr. Sadhwani has been working within the Pietermaritzburg public sector at Greys hospital since 2019, and Pietermaritzburg private sector since 2023.

He is also a lecturer in the Division of Urology at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.

He brings expertise in prostate disease, men's sexual health and minimally invasive urological surgery.
With a strong background in public and private sectors, including Greys Hospital and the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, he's a highly accomplished professional.
His notable achievements include the Best Urology Registrar Award and membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society.
His special interests include andrology, uro-oncology, uro-gynae, vasectomies and overactive bladder management. Outside of medicine, he's an avid marathon runner, cyclist, and hiker.

Dr Andre Morrish, educated at DHS and UCT, with 21yrs experience specializing in hip and knee replacements and knee arthroscopic procedures. Performs kinematic knee replacements and is a consultant for Medacta International. He has completed 14 Dusi and one Cape Epic. He is a passionate rugby supporter, also providing medical support to Hilton College on weekends.

Dr Paul Hatfield has called Maritzburg home for more than 40 years. He completed his undergraduate degree at UCT, orthopaedic specialization at UKZN, then back to Cape Town for a Fellowship in Hand and Wrist surgery. He has been in private practice for the last 13 years, moving between Maritzburg and Howick and has recently started at Hilton Life. When not out paddling or trail running, he enjoys treating any and all conditions relating to the hand, wrist and elbow.

Dr. Gregory Van Osch was schooled at St Stithians College, completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate at UCT, and went on to complete a fellowship in arthroplasty and trauma in Cape Town.
With 17 years in private practice, Dr Van Osch brings a wealth of experience in sports medicine, knee/hip arthroscopy, and trauma. He’s also dedicated to managing school rugby injuries at Maritzburg College and St Charles.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him mountain biking, off-road motorbiking, or surfing.

Dr Ruvyn Frank is a Maritzburg College old boy and a Wits graduate. He is an international speaker and has been with Maritzburg Orthopaedic Centre for more than 10 years specializing in Foot and Ankle surgery. Dr Frank is one of the first surgeons in KZN to perform minimally invasive foot surgery and is endorsed by the SA Foot Surgeons Association to perform ankle replacements. With ties to UKZN, he mentors trainee surgeons and is involved with academic research to help improve patient outcomes.

Dr Bhagwan grew up and was schooled in Pietermaritzburg. He completed his Orthopaedic training in 2004 and was subsequently awarded a further fellowship by the Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons in South Africa. He is keenly involved in orthopaedic education, being a regular speaker at both local and international conferences, hosting visiting surgeons as well as being a guest reviewer for the British Journal of Shoulder and Elbow. Dr Bhagwan has developed vast experience and technical expertise in the treatment of Sports and Degenerative conditions of the shoulder and elbow. Time away from work is spent hiking, trail running and mountain biking.
