On behalf of the Sunnyside Village, Mowana, we wish to extend our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all who contributed to the success of our Charity Ball.

To our generous donors whose kindness and philanthropy made it possible to raise vital funds; to our wonder suppliers and guest that came through and supported us and to our hardworking staff, whose tireless efforts, enthusiasm, and commitment brought this evening to life — we are profoundly grateful.

It is through your collective support, generosity, and collaboration that we were able not only to host a memorable evening, but also to make a meaningful difference for the cause we serve. Your contributions embody the spirit of community and compassion that lies at the very heart of this event.

A special thank you to Muirhead's Hiring for the incredible draping and fairy lights which transformed our hall into a elegant space.

Mosaic Funeral Group Midlands for the incredible line up of music that kept us on the dance floor the entire evening.

Capitol Caterers for the delicious spread you always go the extra mile, the harvest table looked like a photo out of a magazine.

We Invite You To Support Our Sunnyside Village Charity Ball!

This special evening will bring together community members and supporters for an elegant night of dinner, dancing, and purpose—all to benefit the residents of Sunnyside Village.

We are committed to providing compassionate, dignified care for our older adult residents and the funds raised during the Charity Ball will be used to replace or renovate the cot side beds for care centre residents.

Date: Saturday, 13 September 2025, 6pm
Venue: Sunnyside Village

You can help us by:
* Purchasing tickets to the Ball at R200 per ticket. (Tables of 8 are available)
* Making a monetary donation to cover costs, or to make a direct contribution to the project. No amount is too small!!
* Making an In-kind contribution, eg: gift certificates/ vouchers or merchandise for our auction and or lucky draws
* Donating ingredients for the Harvest Table dinner, eg: feta, chicken fillet, pork neck, chicken livers, cheeses, olives, fruit
* Supplying event support eg: donation of photographic services or décor
* Sharing this communication with those you think may consider helping
