I run yoga for pregnant women, children, sportspeople, workplace wellness, mature students and for people of average fitness levels. Find the class that suits where YOU are right now or get in touch and let's discuss your personal needs. Hatha/ Vinyasa yoga
Monday's 18:30- 19:30 @ Shuriken Dojo, 51 CLough Street
This class is suitable for beginners. Prenatal yoga
Private classes in your home for

up to 4 moms. R300 per hour (PMB and surrounds). Hatha/ Vinyasa yoga
Wednesday's 17:30- 18:30 @ EAP Active, Hilton. This is a level 1-2 class and is suitable for those with average fitness levels. I currently teach private classes for children, sportspeople, elderly and workplace, but please get in touch if you are interested in any of those classes!
