🌸Spring Day 2025 – Spring Around the World🌸

Every year, our staff go all out to transform our hospital for Spring Day, and 2025 was no exception! With this year’s theme, Spring Around the World, each department chose a country and decorated in celebration of how spring is welcomed across the globe. From the colours of India to the beaches of Hawaii, the romance of Italy, the passion of Argentina, and the beauty of South Africa itself — our teams truly impressed us with their creativity. 💐🌍

But Spring Day is about more than décor. It’s about the joy it brings to our patients, who light up with smiles when they see the bright colours and festive displays. It’s also about the spirit of teamwork — bringing staff together, building bonds, and reminding us all of the hope and renewal that spring represents. 🌞🌿

Here’s to new beginnings, brighter days, and the people who make it all possible. 💛

Behind every smooth-running hospital are the unsung heroes who keep it all together — our incredible administrative professionals.

This week, we celebrated them with a special breakfast for our resident doctors’ secretaries, a warm and hearty lunch for all admin staff, and a small token of appreciation to say thank you. 💐

They may work quietly behind the scenes, but their impact is felt in every corner of our hospital. 💙

As we wrapped up Women’s Month, our Leading Ladies of Midlands event was a heartfelt thank-you to our top female doctors for their unwavering loyalty and support.

From a luxurious spa day to a sip & paint session, a gourmet lunch at Brahman Hills, and the ultimate touch of elegance with Mercedes-Benz chauffeurs — every detail was crafted to make our queens of medicine feel as extraordinary as they truly are.

Today, with one of the largest bulk entries for 2025, the MSPH family turned out in full force for the Spar Women’s Challenge! The energy, excitement, and eagerness from our staff were infectious as they took on the race together, proving once again that our commitment to health and wellness extends far beyond the hospital walls.

At the finish line, light refreshments and plenty of laughter created a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and camaraderie — the perfect ending to a day filled with determination, teamwork, and pride.

A proud moment for MSPH — where wellbeing and community always come first. 🏃‍♀️👏
