My "Zip it" quilt top is complete! Hooray! 😁 All joined and awaiting the instructions,tips and guidelines on how to quilt it.
Thanks to Tim for my big design wall and for taking the photo!
I'm now busy sewing more colour blocks with a dark background to go in the middle on the back.

Completed my boxed cushions today!
Quite fiddly doing the boxed corners and set in zip... But I'm happy with how it turned out. Drunkards path pattern with 6.5 inch blocks using mostly batiks.
These 2 cushions are on the shoe rack that Tim built in the entrance hall. Perfect spot to sit and put on your walking shoes. 😊

After 2 years I finally quilted around my fabric painted water lilies done in Bali in 2023. I had it framed and on Friday collected it. So happy with the result... It is hanging in the entrance hall. 😊 Sometimes it's worth it to wait!

It's taken 2 years to decide what to do with my wax resist painting I made in Bali. I have now quilted around the lotus flowers with variegated thread and am busy with the binding. I'm going to get it framed in a box frame and it will hang just outside the guest loo. 😊 Happy memories to remind me of Bali! And another UFO completed. 😂
