A Christ-centred Mindfulness course that will guide you in discovering God's Presence with you, and find help in dealing with stress and anxiety. Stress is both a spoiler and a killer. Too much stress leads to burnout, depression, and tension. So how can we cope with all the pressures of daily life, plus the added catastrophes, the mind full of bad memories, and low quality of life?
