Should I see a chiropractor?
For people who have considered this question, it can create more questions than it answers- questions such as:
Can I only see a chiropractor if I have bad posture?
How many times would I need to see a chiropractor?
Do chiropractors only treat specific ailments?
Do chiropractors only focus on the spine?.. And the list goes on...

Chiropractic treatment is non-invasive and incorporates various mediums, including manipulation, mobilization, dry-needling, massage and shockwave therapy.
Chiropractic treatment is not solely designed to treat spinal conditions (i.e. neck and back pain), but can also assist in a multitude of problems, including plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, shin splints, postural complaints caused by prolonged periods of sitting, sports related injuries, or maintenace of chronic pain conditions.
In summary, one should not be scared when considering chiropractic treatment as a means to assist with pain management- it is a cost-effective form of treatment designed to aid the body in healing itself and assist with everyday problems, injuries and the like.
