Our residents thoroughly enjoyed their outing to Stonehouse in Bothas Hill on Wednesday, 16 April 2025. The day was filled with laughter, warm conversations, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills while enjoying a delicious meal.

This photo was taken by one of our residents. It is very unusual to see a Hamerkop in a built-up area, and we are privileged that it decided to pay our village a visit on its journey.
Hamerkops are known for their huge, domed nests and build the biggest nests of any bird in Africa!
