A day to remember!
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed their outing to Stonehouse in Bothas Hill on Wednesday, 16 April 2025. The day was filled with laughter, warm conversations, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills while enjoying a delicious meal.

An Egyptian Goose visiting our top pond. Not one of our favourite friends, but Egyptian Geese definitely have that regal, self-assured vibe, about them! Strutting around like they own the place, majestically decked out with their bold eye patches and russet tones. Quite majestic!

This photo was taken by one of our residents. It is very unusual to see a Hamerkop in a built-up area, and we are privileged that it decided to pay our village a visit on its journey.
Hamerkops are known for their huge, domed nests and build the biggest nests of any bird in Africa!

One of our beloved Medcare patients, Mrs. Pat Knox, recently celebrated a remarkable milestone—her 95th birthday. Surrounded by the warmth of friends and family, it was a joyous occasion filled with love and cherished memories. We are honored to have been a part of her journey and extend our heartfelt congratulations to her on this special day.
