Monk’s Medical is opening its doors soon and is looking for a Receptionist!

A family run General Medical Practice based in central Plettenberg Bay, has an exciting position for a dynamic medical receptionist, willing to join and grow with the new practice 🩺

Requirements:
👩‍💻Digital diary and appointment management.
👩‍💻Creating digital patient files.
👩‍💻Answering incoming calls and returning calls with the correct etiquette.
👩‍💻Managing cash and credit card payment and receipting.
👩‍💻All billing and debtors control.
👩‍💻Stock control - management of stock and consumables orders.
👩‍💻Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice.
👩‍💻Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
👩‍💻General administration.
👩‍💻Maintain efficient patient service.
👩‍💻Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.

Qualifications:

✔️Matric
✔️Medical reception experience is an advantage
✔️Medical software knowledge (Healthbridge) is an advantage.
✔️Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS is required
✔️Business and marketing diploma is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:
