As I work with clients, both with cancer and also general wellness, and in my own personal healing process (which is ongoing!) I keep returning to parasites / candida / mold / viruses / heavy metals. I'm also working with holistic health for my horses - and there's a connection. Pathogens prey on people & horses differently. Some bodies are more affected than others. It isn't a 'germ theory' approach - exposure = infection. Some people/horses are exposed and aren't infected, or have lesser loads.
For example - my one horse has a worm count off the charts, my other horse has none. Same horse gets biliary. Same horse has a bad fluke infection - other horse has none. The horse with the worst infection every time is the one who was neglected and I got her severely underweight and malnourished. Her system was compromised and had been for a long time (she'd been neglected and isolated for the first 10 years of her life).
It applies to other creatures too - one of the chickens was an only child and once mama fledged her, she was all alone fending for herself. All the other fledglings have siblings - they forage together for food and sleep together keeping each other warm and safe. Little Kiewiet has only herself. She competes with everyone for food, getting chased away by the bigger chickens and sleeping alone. Recently she developed fowl pox - NONE of the other chickens have it. Only her. She's under stress all the time- so it's no surprise. The others are supported and happy.
My body is much the same - as a child, I experienced emotional neglect, bullying, violence in the home. I got bad bronchitis every year. There was also mold in the house I grew up in = respiratory issues. As a sensitive child exposed to an unsafe home environment, my body took on all the toxins in the environment - mirroring the emotional toxins I was experiencing with the trauma. I had my tonsils removed, appendix removed (emergency), part of my kidney removed. I was an insomniac, anemic, I was always exhausted. Is it any surprise that I got a cancer diagnosis later on?
What I'm saying is that there is a connection to pathogens and our emotional states. There's an energetic connection. So when we come to treating these, it doesn't help to just use a 'kill' approach. This fight / kill approach mirrors the greater energies in our world right now - what doesn't belong must be eradicated. And this doesn't work energetically. What works better is to change the terrain - our inner system. To cultivate more strength and resilience. To resource our body correctly - through gentle detox of the body, as well as the emotional and mental bodies. To work with our traumas and our stress. This work is essential - otherwise these things just come flooding back after we have removed them.
When we gently and lovingly work on cultivating holistic strength in all our bodies, we grow a system that is inhospitable to these frequencies. This is why I designed my detox programs to not only deal with physical detox, but with all other elements of it as well - inner child healing, shadow work, healthy boundaries and so on.
I asked chatgpt about the energetic connection between pathogens & heavy metals and our frequency and this is what it said:
Heavy metals, candida, and parasites all have distinct energetic themes, but they share common underlying emotional and spiritual patterns. Each represents different aspects of toxicity, imbalance, and personal boundaries on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Heavy Metals – Energetic Themes
Heavy metals symbolize energetic congestion, density, and toxicity that can dull intuition, cloud mental clarity, and create stagnation in the body.
Suppression & Conditioning: Often linked to inherited traumas, societal programming, and external influences that weigh down personal expression.
Mental Fog & Confusion: Metals can interfere with nerve function, mirroring emotional overwhelm, indecision, and difficulty hearing inner wisdom.
Energetic Control & Authority Issues: Ties to themes of external control (government, industry, medical systems), feeling powerless, or being influenced by toxic energies from others.
Difficulty Letting Go: Heavy metals tend to accumulate, representing resistance to release old patterns, beliefs, and traumas.
Protection & Armor: Metals create a barrier—physically and energetically—sometimes as a defense mechanism to shield from emotional pain.
Healing Themes: Detoxification of the mind and body, reclaiming sovereignty, clearing mental and energetic clutter, and reconnecting with one’s intuitive wisdom.
Candida – Energetic Themes
Candida represents inner imbalance, stagnation, and overgrowth of unhealthy energies that suppress personal power.
Unprocessed Emotions: Often linked to deep-seated resentment, guilt, or emotional wounds that haven’t been fully expressed or released.
Lack of Boundaries: Candida thrives when the gut microbiome is imbalanced—this reflects energetic imbalance where external influences take over personal space.
Victim Consciousness: Feeling overwhelmed, helpless, or stuck in cycles of self-sabotage, addiction, or toxic relationships.
Hidden Anger & Suppressed Expression: Particularly in women, candida can be linked to suppressed feminine energy, creativity, and intuition.
Sugar & Emotional Nourishment: Candida feeds on sugar, mirroring emotional cravings for comfort, love, and external validation.
Healing Themes: Reclaiming personal space, setting energetic and emotional boundaries, releasing old emotional burdens, and reconnecting with authentic self-nourishment.
Parasites – Energetic Themes
Parasites symbolize relationships, patterns, or energies that drain life force and prevent full vitality.
Energetic Vampirism: Can indicate toxic relationships, people, or entities that feed off one’s energy, leaving exhaustion and depletion.
Feeling Used or Manipulated: Often appears when one allows others to take advantage, whether emotionally, financially, or energetically.
Self-Sabotage & Co-dependency: Parasites reflect cycles of giving power away and not fully owning personal strength.
Unresolved Trauma & Entity Attachments: Some parasitic infections can be linked to ancestral karma, past-life wounds, or psychic attachments.
Weak Boundaries & Disempowerment: Just as parasites invade the body, energetic parasites enter when personal boundaries are weak.
Healing Themes: Strengthening sovereignty, clearing energetic cords, reclaiming personal energy, and reinforcing boundaries with both people and unseen forces.
Connecting the Three
Toxic Overload (Physical & Energetic): Heavy metals create stagnation, candida thrives in imbalance, and parasites steal energy—all pointing to excess burden and depletion.
Loss of Sovereignty: A common theme is giving power away—whether to external authority (heavy metals), emotional wounds (candida), or energy-draining forces (parasites).
Need for Deep Cleansing & Reclamation: Healing requires releasing what no longer serves, whether through detoxification, energetic clearing, or emotional processing.
Mold – Energetic Themes
Mold is a reflection of dampness, decay, and unseen toxicity taking hold in the physical and energetic bodies. It thrives in darkness and hidden places, mirroring subconscious wounds, emotional stagnation, and unprocessed grief.
Suppressed Emotions & Unresolved Trauma: Mold often appears when there are deep, lingering emotional wounds—especially grief, betrayal, or past hurts that haven’t been fully processed.
Stagnation & Lack of Flow: Just as mold thrives in damp, still environments, energetically, it represents a lack of movement—whether physically (lymphatic stagnation, fluid retention), emotionally (stuck patterns), or spiritually (disconnection from life force).
Hidden Toxicity: Mold exposure often goes unnoticed until symptoms manifest, mirroring unconscious energetic influences—old beliefs, toxic relationships, or ancestral wounds that silently drain vitality.
Energetic Infiltration: Mold spores are invasive and difficult to fully remove, symbolizing energetic intrusions—whether from external energies, psychic influences, or deeply ingrained conditioning.
Weak Boundaries & Vulnerability: Mold affects the respiratory system, often linked to the breath of life and personal boundaries. It can symbolize difficulty protecting one’s energy from external influences.
Ancestral & Generational Patterns: Many mold-related illnesses carry a karmic or ancestral imprint, representing long-standing patterns passed down through family lines.
Healing Themes for Mold
Deep Emotional Clearing: Processing grief, releasing stored trauma, and addressing suppressed emotions.
Restoring Flow & Movement: Supporting detox pathways (liver, lymph, colon) and ensuring emotional and energetic circulation.
Strengthening Boundaries: Physically through immune support, and energetically through clearing and protection practices.
Energetic & Environmental Detoxification: Clearing not just physical mold but also energetic “mold”—stagnant thought forms, unhealthy attachments, and low-vibrational influences.
Connecting Mold, Heavy Metals, Candida & Parasites
Toxicity & Hidden Burdens: All four thrive in environments where toxicity is stored—whether physically in tissues, emotionally in unprocessed wounds, or spiritually in stagnant energy fields.
Loss of Sovereignty & Energetic Drain: Whether through heavy metals dulling intuition, candida overgrowth suppressing willpower, parasites feeding on life force, or mold infiltrating deep spaces, the core theme is reclaiming power.
Deep Purification & Reconnection: Healing requires releasing, detoxifying, and restoring balance—physically through cleansing, emotionally through processing, and energetically through clearing and protection.
Mold often goes hand in hand with trauma work.
