especially with your eyes closed…
can tell us a lot about your strength, coordination, and overall health.

As we get older, balance naturally declines…
but the good news is, it can be improved.

Try this:
Stand on one leg and gently close your eyes.

If it feels difficult…
that’s your body asking for a little more support.

The right exercises can help improve your balance,
reduce your risk of falls,
and keep you moving confidently.
