Your self-worth erodes piece by piece, and before you even realize it, you’re struggling to hold together the fragments of the person you once were.

And the worst part? Unless someone has lived it, they don’t understand. They tell you to “just let it go” or “that’s just how family is.” They look at you like you’re overreacting, like you’re the problem. And eventually, you start to wonder if maybe they’re right. That’s how deeply the narcissist has embedded their twisted reality into your mind.

But hear me when I say this: You are NOT crazy. You are not weak. You are being broken down by people who thrive on control and manipulation.

And you CAN break free. You CAN heal. But first, you have to recognize the game they’re playing.
